Product Thesis provides anecdotes, tools, and frameworks for thinking about technology product management. The topics range from my personal opinions and experiences in product management, to tips and advice on how to build products and grow as a product manager. Over the course of my career, I have worked in consumer, enterprise, software, and hardware, and seen how the product organization needs to flex across these domains.

I, Rahul Prasad, am a Lead Product Manager at Facebook, Inc. I’ve previously worked at Google, Bain & Company, MK Capital, and Microsoft.
I started my career as a software engineer, working on operating systems and later, massively parallel distributed systems. I transitioned to product management after deciding that I wanted to broaden my experience to other aspects of the technology business. After stints in business school, management consulting, and venture capital, I realized that building delightful technology products for people is what gets me out of bed each morning.
